BIO
Tracy S Lee is a writer, actress, illustrator, and yogi. Her work explores creativity as a spiritual practice.
As a yogi (RYT-500), Tracy integrates movement, meditation, and the study of sacred texts into her creative processes. Her body, breath, and Nature are her greatest teachers.
As an actress (Interior Chinatown, The Politician, CSI:Vegas), she brings depth and presence to her performances, approaching each role as an exploration of empathy and embodiment.
For Tracy, writing is a sacred practice of self-honoring, self-realization, creation, healing, and transformation. She leads women’s writing groups and is devoted to creating compassionate and supportive spaces for fellow journeyers to honor and share their unique magic with the world, whether through writing or other forms of creative expression.
Tracy resides in Los Angeles with her boyfriend Andrew and their sweet, mischievous pup, Rumi. She is the author/illustrator of Shelby Should Be, a children’s book for kids and adults about defeating the Not Enoughs.
